Custom Corporate Aircraft Cabinet Fabrication
The sky is the limit when you choose JenJac’s for your Aircraft Cabinet Fabrication project. We have a vast range of capabilities from assembling CNC cabinet kits to fabricating fully custom, hand cut, interiors. We have 2 Onsrud CNC routers in our inventory enabling us to offer our customers a fully hands-off interior. From procuring the materials, to cutting the cabinet out, assembling, and applying the veneer. We do it all! High Build Furniture & Faux Finish
We have taken our extensive knowledge and experience from Classic Car finish and brought it to Corporate Aircraft Interiors! JenJac’s takes pride in our ability to offer a Show Quality, high gloss, furniture finish that will surely impress. We can also provide a wide range of other finishes, including matte and satin. We have worked with the most exotic woods and veneers; you can trust us to get the job done right. We also offer complex faux finish for those tough areas that wood simply cannot be used.
Engineering
JenJac’s engineers produce differing levels of engineering in order to keep production moving. On the cabinet side, our drafting engineers are tasked with creating shop drawings and panel maps from customer supplied CATIA models and drawings. On the machine side, CNC programmers import CATIA models provided by our customers, into Mastercam and program precision CNC products. JenJac’s keeps both Software Suites maintained in order to always offer the latest and greatest engineering technologies.
Quality
Quality personnel are tasked with ensuring products maintain the highest quality standards throughout our entire manufacturing process. To better equip our personnel to do so, Quality Engineers utilize our Faro Arm Edge in conjunction with Verisurf to offer our customers an immensely accurate Quality System. JenJac’s is also AS9100 certified and registered by NSF-ISR.
Paint, Stripping, and Media Blasting
Our facility consists of 2 state of the art UniCure Zapper 1006 Downdraft Paint Booths. 1 of which is used for furniture clear coat and the other is used for prime and topcoat. We have painted a wide array of colors and textures and would enjoy an opportunity to be a part of your next paint project. In addition, we offer paint stripping and media blasting services as well.
Sheet metal Fabrication
We are also highly experienced in sheet metal fabrication and have a fully operational sheet metal shop which includes an Accupress 100 Ton Press Brake. If you can think it, we can build it! Contact us today!
Custom Harness Fabrication
JenJacs offers custom wire harness fabrication based on customer needs. We have the knowledge and tooling to take bulk materials and turn them into high quality harnesses. Additionally, we are able to test harness conductivity prior to shipment to ensure we deliver the highest quality and functioning harnesses.
